PRICING
The prices displayed on this website for products and services are inclusive of GST levied in New Zealand. All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Fleur de Luxe delivers flowers all over metropolitan Auckland. Local and international orders received are shipped via our local couriers. There are some areas that may incur a rural delivery charge. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the total, before checkout. It is important that all orders have the correct delivery address and phone number for the recipient. If the recipient is not at the delivery address and providing it is safe to do so, it may require leaving the flowers in a safe location. However, should this be necessary we will not be liable if the item goes missing or is lost or damaged. Should for any reason a second delivery attempt be necessary it may incur an additional delivery charge.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you feel your flowers or products did not arrive in an acceptable condition, let us know by email or phoning 021 377 373. Once we are clear that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace flowers or products purchased.
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Fleur de Luxe. In the unlikely event that goods are not of good quality or are faulty, a customer has a right to repair, replacement or a refund. Please note refunds can only be processed through a credit card
SUBSTITUTION
If for any reason we are unable to supply the exact content of your order, we may need to substitute flowers similar to match colour and design. If this is necessary due to supply, we will attempt to contact you as a courtesy, providing we have your correct details and international time zones does not prevent us from doing so. Depending on availability containers and vessels or wrapping may also require substitution.
COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARKS
Subject to the copyright laws in New Zealand and laws at your own location, you must not copy, store or distribute or publish any of the content of this website without written permission from Fleur de Luxe. This includes the written content, logo, software, images and graphic design.
PAYMENT METHODS/SECURITY
Payment methods currently accepted including credit cards are processed via our online secure gateway.
PRIVACY
We may need to collect personal information such as names, addresses and phone numbers and payment details from you about yourself or the recipient in order to execute your order. Fleur de Luxe respects and values your privacy and the information you provide remains confidential. We will not disclose your information provided to us to a third party who is not involved with your order unless required to do so by law.
